Collection: An Feirmeoir Glas
An Feirmeori Glas started to make the sauces and jams in 2019. Until last year, they produced all the chillies for the sauces themselves in Spiddal but as demand grew they sourced additional chillies from Tribal Foods in Galway. The chilli plants are a mix of the more rare and super hot varieties that add more heat and different flavours to their sauces.
The sauces are made using a blend of our their own chilli powder from the super hots and exotics to flavour.
The jams from in the collection are developed with fruit from their own farm and neighbours gardens.
